USER TESTIMONIALS

Read what users think about AIIM Community Legal CRM:

Vasili Maroulis, Chief Executive Officer, Marrickville Legal Centre:

“The purpose-built AIIM Community Legal CRM solution has helped Marrickville Legal Centre automate basic administrative tasks and streamline work processes. Which has enabled us to unlock much needed people resources who can now direct their expertise towards addressing those that need legal support. We estimate there has been an immediate benefit to the thousands of people we help every year and reduced the number of people we have to turn away due to resource constraints - so it’s a real gamechanger.”

“As the second-largest community legal centre in New South Wales, Marrickville Legal Centre has experienced increasing demand for legal aid in the recent years. As a large community legal centre, you can imagine the volume of clients we have coming - there’s a huge amount of administrative work that’s associated with that workload. It’s expected the platform will reduce administrative workload by 20-30 per cent.” says Mr Maroulis.

“We will never receive enough funds from government or donations to meet demand, which is why we need to be more creative in how to do more with less.”

“AIIM is help MLC free up that time to enable solicitors and employees to deliver more frontline services to the community,” Maroulis says.

Nadia Bromley, Chief Executive Officer, Women’s Legal Service Queensland (WLSQ):

On 14 February 2025, Women’s Legal Service Queensland (WLSQ) implemented AIIM, formerly known as Consensus for Purpose.

CEO Nadia Bromley said “it will mean that WLSQ can dedicate more time to delivering front line services, ultimately helping more women.”.

“More and more women each year were relying on WLSQ to help them navigate the complexities of the legal system.”

“Our communities grapple with heightened levels of poverty, violence and homelessness,” she said.

“These challenges and more have meant that we’ve had to find innovative solutions to ensure our precious resources are being used efficiently.”

AIIM “will allow us to do just that and reduce our administrative workload by 20-30% – meaning we can support more vulnerable women.”

Ms Bromley said the software was a testament to the power of collaboration across the community legal sector.

“Together, we are shaping a more efficient and responsive pathway to justice for those who need it most.”

WLSQ is a statewide community legal centre providing free legal advice and other key support services for vulnerable women.  The forty-year-old organisation has supported over 150,000 women and sees this new innovation as an opportunity to create safer futures for even more women and children across Queensland.

Zoe Bush, Senior Solicitor for Climate, Corporate & Commercial at Environment Defenders Office

“Of all the document/practice management software I have used, AIIM best centralizes all the work associated with a service. It allows all team members to collaboratively work on a matter simultaneously, minimizes the risk of lost work, and its functionality extends beyond mere document management … I am very impressed with that AIIM has been bult from scratch!”
